Truck drivers without a CargoCard need a special access card to gain access to Hutchison Ports Belgium. One access card is required for each visit. Via the Hakka Hub you can now buy access cards for Hutchison Ports Belgium that are required to gain access to the terminal (via the Hakka Hub website)
